Love Jinya! We come all the way from Cibolo to enjoy their ramen. We order the gyoza and the Tonkotsu Black Ramen. Their kids meal is awesome and big enough for my 11 year old to finish everything and be full. Honestly if I could get it I would lol the Tokyo Samurai Martini is the best! Tonight we had Axel as our waiter and he did amazing! Nice, attentive, and got our food out quick!

First time here. Julia our waitress was great! She answered all our questions about the menu with a smile. For our appetizer we ordered Impossible Gyoza - delicious. We each ordered the Birria Ramen yes you read that correctly βBirriaβ it was delicious. Try the LycheeTini itβs tasty not very strong. Weβll be coming back.

Second time here. Good food and cute atmosphere. Itβs becoming one of our little lunch date spots whenever we want some ramen and to just chill out and chat/catch up. Great service too. Everyone is always so helpful and informative with good energy.

We recently came back from Japan and completely fell in love with the ramen there, so we were excited to try this place. We were hoping for a more traditional, authentic ramen experience, but unfortunately, it wasnβt even close. The crispy chicken was disappointingβit tasted like it had been cooked in old oil, and the chicken itself didnβt taste fresh. The salmon sushi was good, but for only three pieces, it didnβt feel worth the price. As for the ramen, it lacked flavor and was quite bland. That said, the service was excellent. Our server was friendly and knowledgeable, and Sara from management came by our table, listened to our concerns, and kindly removed the crispy chicken from our bill, which we really appreciated. One thing we did love was the atmosphere. Everyone greets you when you walk in, creating a warm and welcoming environment. Overall, while the hospitality was great, we expected much more from the food, especially after experiencing authentic ramen in Japan.

I had an amazing experience at JINYA Ramen, and a big part of that was thanks to our waiter, Rafe. From the moment we sat down, he was friendly, attentive, and genuinely enthusiastic about the menu. He took the time to walk us through different ramen options and gave thoughtful recommendations that ended up being spot-on. The food itself was fantasticβrich, flavorful broth, perfectly cooked noodles, and fresh toppings that really brought everything together. You can tell JINYA takes pride in quality and consistency. What really made the night stand out, though, was Rafeβs service. He checked in at just the right times, made sure everything was exactly how we wanted it, and kept the experience relaxed and enjoyable without ever feeling rushed. Itβs rare to come across service that feels this genuine. Overall, great food and even better service. Iβll definitely be coming backβand Iβll be asking for Rafe again!
